Who is the analyst who downgraded LEVL last week? Here is a comment from the Bull Market:

COMMENT: Who is Level One you ask? Level One makes high-speed telecom and
networking products used in telecommunication and data communication
networks. Level One closed at the $27 level, down $5, after an analyst
downgrade (good timing boys) and is now trading at $47, up $20 in
after-hours trading . Even Intel is trading up overnight. An Intel watcher
was quoted as saying that Intel is “deadly serious” about expanding its
networking business.
