Well, the thing about PCs, or any computer system for that matter, is they are only as robust as their weakest link. In the case of PCs and most computer systems, the MPU is not that weak link. If you use a lame motherboard, low-quality SIMMs or DIMMs, or run the PCI bus out of spec(which was the case for many P200 MXs) you are going to run into problems. If you run a Microsoft OS on top of this, expect even more problems.

The most recent MII system I built for myself is rock solid.
