Special Meeting--March 15, 1999

I assume all you holders of MMTM will go to the special meeting--No ??
The proxy came to me today and in reading the notice, I was quite
surprised to see Cornell University to own 15.9% of the outstanding
Class A shares, 745,295 out of the 4,693,826 outstanding. I don't
think Cornell owns 15.9% of PSFT so, somebody must know more than I
do about MMTM. Interesting
