george, sorry to wake u up. some good news follows:

Rebels in Sierra Leone have released 31 abducted children as a goodwill gesture, United Nations observers said Saturday.

The 31 children were to be handed over to U.N. Children's Fund officials after being debriefed by the Nigerian-led intervention force. The force is backing President Ahmed Tejan Kabbah's democratically elected government. Kabbah will allow jailed rebel leader Foday Sankoh to consult with his commanders prior to peace talks. this is a reversal of his earlier position to negotiate.

I think that SL now will be a major reason to by stock in rxd, the sun is starting to shine on the horizon.
