Could what has been seen so far be the cohorts? As far as I am concerned, Satan is the god of this earth now. So the cohorts are perhaps looking for bodies to occupy. Hence the interest of examining the bodies of the people that get kidnapped.

The Angels that are still following God, I have heard are thought to be able to engage in sex, but don't. The fallen ones have, as you have just said. This causes me problems with the idea of them being spirit beings. Is it that the fallen ones inhabit human bodies? Thus...sex But why are the ones with GOD thought to also be able to engage in sex? Also "neither male nor female in heaven"...Shucks!!!
I expect Goliath was indeed one of the nephilim.

This presents the problem that has bothered me. They have found a body in a space craft crash that did not look too much like a human body. I kind of expect the Nephilim to be in human bodies and not like the one found. Troubling!
I note that you type Noe, I have known him as NOAH, is it a slip or is it Noe somewhere?
I am sure many people have given these thing much thought, I trust we will get more contributors.
