Don,
You are welcome. I have had only one problem (and it was MY problem not theirs) that I would warn you about - be sure and double check your order entry before sending. Maybe even stage and re-read before sending. Last week I did a Buy Open on some options early in the day and at the end of the session meant to do a Sell Close ---- You guessed it, I did another Buy Open! Cost me about $1500 but it was my fault. I have suggested to them to add a confirmation screen before the send that may have let me catch the problem. And I did not read the order fill screen closely so I did not catch it until I was reviewing my account later in the evening.

But all of the above is not unique to Preferred, it is possible with any online system and we as traders/investors have to take extra care in placing orders.

John
