Why should it. Whenever there's a takeover, the takor goes down and the takee goes up. Besides, who said that Htech had any value anyway. How much can a karate school make? Isn't htech a holding company, and karate and sncg are two of its first aquisitions? If he can make sncg perform, htech sharevalue will benefit, and futher aquisitions will become possible. I hope stockett does his job. He's got more at risk then you or I! I'm sure he'll give it his all. Hope that's enough! We should only care about sncg, and guard against any dilution during this new regime. I did talk yesterday to a secy at sncg but was hurried off the phone so that she could process another FQ subscription. I gladly hung up. Bill Monier
