Got an investor pack from Tradelink today....here are some interesting highlites:

1. They DO NOT file SEC quarterly or annual reports ( 10-Q, 10-K )
According to the cover letter, I can request to be on the mailing
list for such reports WHEN they begin to file them.....maybe someone that knows the SEC rules better than me can explain WHY
they aren't required to file these docs....would also explain why
my EDGAR searches keep coming up blank

4. Until 10/10/96, the stock symbol WAS .... TLNK ....it was changed " at the request of NASDAQ" according to press release
The same PR announced a 1 for 5 reverse split reducing the number
of outstanding share from 30 million to 6 million, with about
600,000 of the "new" shares out in public hands ( as of Oct/96)

They also sent a photocopy of a page I think is out of Standard and Poors " Standard Coporation Records" dated Aug 31/1995. Some interesting notes from it are: Employees as of 10 Feb 95---> 5
Richard Herbst is Chairman, Pres and CEO. Judith Jarvis is VP, SECY, Treasurer, and General Counsel. Directors are the above 2 + Jesse Bishop As of 10 Feb 96, Herbst "owned or controlled " 82.1% of the stock.

There is a short section of financial on the S&P page, a bunch of past year press releases and a small amount of other meat I'll try to get thru over the weekend and post some more before Monday..
