I would hope that everyone who posts on this thread not only reads this post multiple times but would also heed it's admonition. Too much energy is being wasted arguing rather than accomplishing positive movement.

'Pot shots' and personal attacks do nothing to help end this mess. I am completely guilty of falling into the same mentality. Please accept this apology to all for any comments made about others here. It is uncalled for and inappropriate in a public forum. One can get frustrated when those who you stood behind for months turn their backs on you because of what they perceive your intentions are.

There is a lawyer named Cleve Powell who helped out scammed shareholders over at CVIA. Very good and effective. I wonder if he or someone like him could help out here. His charges were paid essentially by shareholders who were then repaid with shares of the recovered company. It may not work here in that manner, but there are attorneys out there who are itching to take on a case like ours. I understand that the SEC and possibly the FBI may be involved already, but it is amazing what real, not government issue investigators can do.

If Riley, Tonto and others really do have damning evidence against Morgan and Breton, let's work to get them to combine forces and keep that unity, rather than drive wedges between them.
