Sure. Companies are valued on their earnings (or expected earnings) and on their net worth (or liquidation value). Since this company is losing money (and it is expected to lose money for the foreseeable future) and has little tangible net asset value, it must be concluded that is has relatively little intrinsic value.Take a look at the balance sheet and the income statement and you will see what I mean.
