This is why I hate ever getting involved with penny stocks. The MMs are dropping the price while trying to shake out the faint of heart and pick up shares at bargain prices. I believe they know things will move nicely when the details come out in regards to the acquisitions. Blatant stock manipulation like Friday is illegal but the SEC is too busy cracking down on people who post stock opinions on the net. Seizure laws can be quite profitable for a law enforcement agency. The problem is ETPI has, at this time, only 3 market makers. Their latest MM out of So Cal is no stranger to these kinds of price manipulation. Noyice that there were no sells below 30 cents. Total bullshit. The only bright side I believe is that with more info on the acquisitions we'll move higher. Nite
