Dear Vantage, "I don't think a company has to be reporting for 144s to be filed". You are correct Form 144s are filed regardless of the reporting status of a Company. As far as WCTI goes, it is my understanding that no restricted shares are eligible to come to Market anytime prior to July. Have a great Sundayyyyyyy,, L & $$$ WCTI,, Barbara P.S.
