Good morning Bob! Two questions for thread and you:

1. Exactly what was the last trade for NAVR and does one have a _good_ site to get this information?

Over at Raging Bull one person says that last trade was at 13 5/16. Another says no, it was 14 1/4. Yet another says it was 13 1/8. Someone else states it was 13 1/4.

2. Bob, by: "I think this IPO might come out quicker than we expect."

Granted, I have not had time to read all the postings so I could have missed something. From something I read here, where someone talked to Everen, the IPO is targeted for the end of April, beginning of May.

So, are you saying you think they will surprise us and come out with it before this? Given more filings have to be made, to fill in the blanks on the S-1, what time frame are you looking at Bob, before the documentation is completed and the IPO on the market?

I sure wouldn't mind if its a done-deal by April 15, but not having any experience with companies in the position of NAVR right now, I have no idea how long the process takes or if it is customary for people (us) to be told one target date (end April/beginning of May) then get a nice surprise (earlier).
