Berney: You are so right. Manipulation and collusion exist at many levels. IE: The recent judgement against several Brokerage houses and the short suspensions of several Market Makers. However, the punishment resulted in less than a slap on the wrist. I suspect they were only being punished for being sloppy and getting caught. The highest level at which the Markets are manipulated and how can only be speculated about. I suspect it would be very unhealthy to obtain proof...<g> BWDIK Regards, LG
