Well, if you look at the responses, you'll find the expected comments from Steve and Del, Cobalt Blue hit him with the Creed, I told him to go away in no uncertain terms, and even Sidney reproved him for barging in with ill-considered preaching.

His carrying on is not the sort that can inspire wit and thoughtfulness. It was ranting with very behind it. (Even our old friend Bob would have found this stuff out of place.)

We did, however, use this intrusion to segue to the experiences of growing up in Catholicism and dome interesting observations on guilt. It is surprising to discover how many of the snappy people on this thread have a Roman Catholic background.
