I agree with that statement in a limited way. Their executions are good to very good, but the page takes forever to load, they drop you after 10 minutes forcing a second log-on, and they take forever to report trades - forever being up to 15 minutes, which is a long time in fast moving markets.

I'd say they're excellent for position traders, not day traders.
