Mex... I resent that post. I was born in the south and have lived here all my life. Let me assure you that people like this are the exception and not the rule. Most people in the south are honest, hard working, decent people. The stereotypes you and others label southerners with are largely untrue. I work just outside of Nashville and let me assure that everyone here does not sit on their porch and pick banjos. I , as well as many of my associates have years of education . (well beyond the fifth grade) This area if filled with educated, sophisticated people who also love some of the same things you do. There are some gourgeous golf courses here. I doubt NY could hold a candle to the landscape on some of our courses. Anyway, my point is this. Before you go making broad generalizations like this, be sure you understand exactly what you are saying. LFISKY
