TO ALL: Rather than reply individually to each of the GREAT people who addressed comments, suuport, and pledges on this thread up to and including today, I want to say wholeheartely --- THANK YOU!
But, remember, it's not ME, it's ALL of you that deserve thanks and credit. I am just trying to facilitate something. You know what the right things to do are, and you are doing them. I don't want to take up valuable bandwith on individual thank you's, so again THANKS.
But this is just STARTING <G>.
The responses I have gotten off of this board have been very, very surprising to me (honestly). You would be surprised at the number of "quiet people" who are just as frustrated as we are here.
We are pushing close to 400,000 shares being pledged now. With CalPERS almost 2 Million, and if we can get support from SWIB, we would have over 11,000,000 shares of this company to hold over their heads.
Now wouldn't that be nice?
Press update. Hopefully, we'll see some MEDIA action like I said we would. Anyone who sees anything, please post it here.
I think (think..) all of us have ignited a spark here, and we want to keep fanning the flames. THE RIGHT WAY!
If this company can't run itself, then I guess we'll have to run it for them <smile>.
Keep up the pressure. They are counting on the pressure to subside, make no mistake about it.
Steve Fancy's last note to Peter Troop upthread was an excellent example of how to put, reasonable, LOGICAL, and penetrating questions to them. I for one, will be VERY, VERY interested to see the response he gets. And what I DEARLY would like to see, is this action noted in the TV media. THAT's where it's going to get'em.
So, keep pressing, I hope the person from SWIB calls me back, and if so, I will also put that organization on my page as well as here for share pledges.
Thanks all.
Joe...
