Here are partial answers to your previous quesitons.

Bruce was considered for the position, but he declined, wanting to stay on the operational side.

I understand the Board of Directors does the decision making as to who is considered and who is chosen.

I also understand they have a couple of people under consideration, both have extensive railroad experience.

That's not much, but that's all I found out.
