David, The authorized shares in this company is 50 Million and the shares outstanding is 36 million according to Max P Cawal of which 1/3 is owned by insiders. They have the land in hand and I'm hoping they have learned by their past mistakes. If not and they are guilty of a scam the courts will have a chance to look at their terrible business records. On the other hand I will give them the benefit of doubt and wait and see if they get the financing of 6 million before I judge.
