madsales getting paid is a tricky issue. Company (or its agents) has mailed a check to madsales by regular mail. If madsales gets this mail then its end of the story. On the other hand, if that peace of mail is misplaced we are looking at much more mud thrown at the company. IMHO, this will generate best buying opportunity for people who can see value. Company has already taken management decision that it will send all refunds by registered mail with return receipt in future. As madsales stated company should also provide space for ABA routing on its website. I am sure Debit Card will become effective in due course. Therefore, I think madsales is an unfortunate isolated event. But this does not prove that winr's software has any flaw at all. My concern with winr is that it may be difficult for it to grow independently. It will probably not be able to handle the large amount of business that comes to its doorsteps. IMHO, it should look to be acquired by a larger operator.
