Earnings update (revision 1):

Looking at analysts projections of -0.22 (operating earnings)
I update as follows:
Operating earnings negative $10M
Gain on 900k Lycos stock $95M
pretax earnings: $85M
Tax (I need help): if like in last quarter $34M, if 20% then $17M
Post tax earnings $51M using same tax rate as last Q
or $68M if 20% rate
Shares : 46M
EPS $1.10 or $1.48 depending on tax rate

Does anyone know about corporate tax rate on long term holdings? In last Q report CMGI treated capital gains at same rate as regular income. Is this correct?
