Comparison of CXI to BB: Stocks. A question for you traders.

I see BB stocks with no income and only hopefull expectations of selling something being developed, soaring in price. You don't know for sure how many shares outstanding because they don't report.

Is it the inefficient market, or is there something really negative about CXI that is being missed? Melissa just told me that "all is well" just waiting for GAO and end of quarter numbers.
