TO ALL THAT CARE----SYNOPSIS

Good after noon TSIGers and those still making up their minds one way or the other. It has been an interesting week for those paying attention.

We saw the stock appear to try and finally break through the mid .50 barrier only to be brought down by news PPs aren't free. We also found out there is always a few that still pee upstream and others that can't wait until the flow clears the water and complain of polution that will naturally clear. Be assured there will probably be attempts to cloud the water again but understand, if the PP had not been done, we could be owning toilet paper and not watching the birth and growth of TSIG.

We also saw Robert Gordon keep a promise to clear TSIG of unwanted expensive expense items. The closure of VSI did just that. He saved the investors of continuing losses of over .05/share. It looks to me like the same thing as signing a deal worth over .05/share profit to TSIG but still some wanted to complain about an increase in earnings.

We also saw the addition of DVDs to the product line. Did it say ALL DVDs? Does anyone think this might be the beginning stage for the introduction of the My VideoCard?

There is also the My MusicCard Company web site that was loaded last week at TSIG. It is now in beta test, non-visual to the public which includes us. There are also those who again complain about that. They want to see everything before absolute completion so they can again complain things don't look right to them. Does anyone doubt the capabilities of Cohesive's abilities to do the job they are qualified for and do it right?

If everything goes correctly the My MusicCard Company will be open for business by March 15th. Technically that will be also the start date for TSIG.com to go into the My Card business. All the profitable business installed with Teleservices International Group will transfer along with the name change and the new internal structure and personnel will operate cleanly as the divisional synergies take place.

We have also had the CEO of TSIG explain that TSIG will be partnering with major internet companies in order to further develop TSIG into a significant internet presence. He also said this will be done without advertising which is what continues to eat up the revenues of competitors. His example was that AMZN continues to pay approx $24 for a set of eyeballs and we pay NOTHING. Can there be a way to advertise to a large volume of potential customers without an advertising expense line? I bet TSIG figures that out.

It was also stated there are a number of deals and alliances on the table due to be wrapped up. There is also a breeze in the trees that seems to indicate something really big is about to happen. Indications are there will probably not be a week go by without at least one announcement of further corporate product alliances or another contractual earnings opportunity.

Also the CEO seemed to feel TSIG.com will be able to be operating profitably by May. Gee, is that only 2-3 months after opening the internet doors? I wonder who else has done that?

I would recommend following Mr Gordon's advice and not get out right now. I consider it good advice since he might know the reason for his statement.
