Re your: "You do not have a loss until you sell."

That is about the dumbest thing I ever heard. You have a loss, except you haven't converted to cash. If you ever took a course in Economics you would know this. In effect, every day that you hold the stock you make a default decision to buy it again. Rather than use the cash it could generate to buy something else, you are using the dwindling value of your investment in E4L in the hopes of re-capturing your losses, thinking it will go up more than anything else.

Refusing to acknowledge the fact that you have lost real money or convincing yourself that you haven't lost until you sell is the mark of an amateur. It confirms my long standing rule never to go into a deal that has a doctor in it.

I have no idea what this stock will do in the future but the Street's opinion, not mine, is that it is not going anywhere. There are more sellers than buyers and the stock has gone down. That is a verifiable fact, despite your opinion of what it should do and your personal episodic and irrelevant experience with other stocks.
