ALL, Can anyone help ? Why would a penny go from 17MMs up to 24MMs including Merrill, Stearns, Lehman? that is trading in the .42 cent range? The new ones just came aboard. Would that mean anything if the stock just started moving up from the 20s to the .40 .50 range on some nice voulme? Just looking for thoughts on what this could mean.
