On the bright side of the 6 analysts covering the stock (according to Zack's) 3 give strong buy, 2 moderate buy and only one hold. SHVA has way worse ratings and its going up, today anyway. PRMS is now trading at a 33% discount to its sector. And after reading the 10Q yet again I don't see anything frightening in it. For all the worry about Paradyne on the PRMS thread they seem to have missed the fact that the reorganization has dedicated a whole unit to the marketing of PRMS products to the ATT spinoffs. Also, I forgot to mention that the person I spoke with says PRMS is already well on its way to developing new technologies using the licensed SONET technology. Alexa
