Rande, two things just dawned on me.

1) The Government will not allow Internet Gambling in the US ( although people can still do it with little chance of detection ) but they will allow this OTC BB which is little more then gambling and much harder to regulate.

2) Will this OTC ever be replaced with a Auction market ? The entire set up of the MM controlled market is a ripe place for frauds.
