Yes Vic, that is my concern as well. Dave Gore in his response to brianconnolloy's post about the similarities of the two Ultraphonic devices by MRPS and CTRL, says that he was told that CTRL reversed engineered an earlier version of the MRPS device. - I never heard that before - and there definitely is confusion over the name of the unit. I can't verify if they look alike - only have a picture of the CTRL unit, not MRPS one. Question: If an earlier version of this device could be reversed engineered once, why not twice??? I believe the pr release says only the "signature sound" methodology of the device is patent pending. Hmmmmm. I agree with your suggestion earlier (I think it was you),we ought to clarify this next week either through email or a phone call.
