Larry,

By most definitions this stock has already "floundered"!! That's very good word to use to describe the stock performance, since its been acting like a fish flopping around on the deck...

I do tend to agree that it doesn't seem like it should go much lower. Then again, I've thought that for quite a while. See the 18 month chart below.
