Per recent SEC filings (past two months in 1999)-

1) State of Wisconsin Investment Board owns 7025000 shares of MENT or 10.69 % of shares outstanding.

2) Private Capital Management Inc. of Florida owns 4615471 shares or 7 % of MENT.

Looks like a good deal to me!
