There you go again, spreading more misinformation. You say "unique" product. Hell, even Microphonics admits it has competitors including CTRL. #reply-8173819 Ya, I know, you are going to come back with some 5th generation technology bullshit etc., but you forget to mention additional development costs, ie, maybe debt that goes along with that technology. Which who knows, may have been paid with 3 cent stock or stock options. Can't blame you for wanting to ignore how the real world works. And I wouldn't put an Investment Banker dumping (or shorting) 1.4 million shares into the market on the plus side. These kinds of activities call into question the return investors can expect to receive on their investment and as well as the regulatory background of Microphonics. Which by the way, could cause the SEC to invoke rule 15c2-11.
