2-12-99 SEC filing shows Goldman Sachs owning 591900 shares of LOEH.

and Assurances I.A.R.P, Mutuelle, France owning 608799 shares or 6.7 % of LOEH.

Goldman Sachs sees value in this dog LOEH! At about $ 1+ in price, it probably burned most holders for the past year or two!

I hope it takes off soon!
