No disputing that CSMA is an empty shell.

My concern is the subs. What happens if:

1. Enviro never takes Class V waste, the leadership gives up and sells the facility (what ever is there) before the stock becomes unrestricted. Do they get all the sale money? No one seems to be asking/telling the shareholder anything regarding go forward plans.
2. Same for Adhat. This time a profitable business maybe. Leadership say's look! A buyer for the company, lets sell. Who gets the cash? Who makes the decision? Can they just take they money and go home? Will they ask us for our opinion on anything?

If they can sell ERHC with out asking/telling, why can't they do number 1 or number 2 above? I pose the question because I have no answer and that worries me.

regards,
iknowlarry
