Brett - the following does not refer to ABW! AT, what these on-line turkeys don't understand is that investors want reliable and speedy execution. Instead Schwab sends me glossy and expensive packages from my platinum signature service team (whatever that's supposed to mean) promising me online research from from CSFB and H&Q, free unlimited real time quotes, free research online,market updates via e-mail, quarterly portfolio profiles reports, etc and etc yet again. Information and research has absolutely no scarcity value on the web today. Rapid and reliable execution does. But these guys keep on pouring dollars into the cosmetics when they should be spending money on upgrading their server farm.
