Bobby, I'm still 100% in. I continue to accumulate. My guess is that sooner or later the Spring/Summer run up will start. While I believe we'll reach our goals by New Year's 2001, if not earlier, with even a long shot chance for making most of it this year, I'm always prepared for a correction and/or slump due to overall market fluctuations. My ONLY question is, and I'd like to come to an educated con- clusion, is whether or not one should pull money off the table before New Year's or not?????? Any thoughts????? But, after the lights are still on, I suspect the boom continues. Need advice on how you see this. In summary, the beach house looks very good to me. JB
