If one compares the earning projections and growth rate of CNET and YHOO at biz.yahoo.com, biz.yahoo.com CNET's earning is much higher and grows faster. However, CNET's market value is only about 1/10 of YHOO's capitalization. The split will happen after close tomorrow and there is talk of an MSFT deal ... lots of talk.. but nothing for sure.
