Max,
I don't have the annual report with me to get the figures, but
I can give you a quick rundown of their product lines. They
have three areas that they are targeting. One is a recycling
attachment for semiconductor cleaning equipment. Basically it
condenses florocarbon vapors and returns the effluent to the
manufacturer for purification and reuse.

Second, they have a line of "Safe Delivery System" gas containers
for use in semiconductor manufacturing. Dangerous gases are
adsorbed onto a solid surface so the container operates at
essentially zero pressure. When the gas is needed, the vacuum
pulls it out of the container. According to ATMI, about half
of the deposition equipment being shipped by AMAT is now set
up to use this system. This could be the the near term big
money maker for ATMI.

Third, they make specialty substrates and thin films. One
area they are working in is diamond substrates, which are being
used in flat panel displays. Bob Mackey over on the ISSM forum
should be posting some additional information nex week. Another
promising area is the use of Strontium Barium Titanate thin film
for dynamic RAM. By using this material to form the storage
capacitor in a DRAM cell, a manufacturer can decrease the size
of the cell needed to store one bit and therefore increase the
memory capacity.
