It's about 10 times as difficult to install @Home than installing AOL. 2 technicians actually spent 3+ hours in my home wading through all kinds of problems before it finally came before the lunch time. First it's hardware problems, then it's software crashing problems. They had to call back to their tech support center 2 times to figure out why my PC doesn't like the 3COM NIC. It's pain in the butt to have it installed. However, everything is a breeze after the installation. I think a major factor in holding @Home back is the installation.
