Good healthy skepticism. Where did you get the idea about Cool being a Nevada company? Minas was incorporated in New Mexico I believe. I can't state that for sure. It has provided a quick listing for Cool and thus avoided the bureaucracy and expense that comes with sponsoring brokerages.
I think Cool has their head office in Seattle and I know that they were incorporated in Colorado quite some time ago--a couple of years maybe. Can't remember where I saw that but call their IR and find out. Better straight from the horses mouth. Market cap may not be the best indicators with these internet stocks. Some are trading at such ridiculous levels to appear to be beyond reason. The internet is growing at a tremendous pace and the term "blue sky" seems to very appropriate. I think many investors see that the change in the way things are being done in commerce is at a watershed. This is somewhat similar to the advent of credit cards and most cetainly will change ordinary people conduct business interact financially. Hence, the fervor in pursuing the internet dream. I think this is a good idea and the company is getting a head start on others that are going to want to be there too--at any rate, the name is right. Let's hope for shareholders that this becomes, like Amazon, Yahoo, heck even Geocities, a household world.
Keep this one on your radar screen--I hope it backs off a bit and finds a nice comfortable range to sit in until we start hearing more news. I would like to pick up some cheap shares!
