Ian Is Stan Harley pretty good? Tell me any one who can do better. He called the 9400 top in July 1998. He called the Oct 1998 rally. He called the Dec 11 rally. He called the March 3 rally. (always give or take 2 days) I guess I missed a couple of predictions in between. He doesn't promote himself, there's no web site. He is a regular guest of Richard Saxton of Channel 22 in Los Angeles. None of my investing pals in LA knows him. But he does exist. I'll keep this board posted whenever there's update from Stan. Timer Digest rated him #1 since 1998. Even after such incredible successes in the past, some of my friends still ignore his advises about March 3. But it's not too late, MSFT up only 5 points. Stan said the upside will last at least another month or so. Jaron
