To All, Like all honorable gladiators, Mr. Pink would like to offer His deepest respect and condolences to Dan Phillips and especially to the shareholders and employees of First Plus. FP put up a good fight.

For Mr. Pink this was a high point of His career....He took off on this monster wave at 22 to the tune of 500k shares and rode it all the way to the shore. Good luck to Mr. Phillips in his future endeavors; it was a pleasure doing business.
