I agree regarding the class action suit and its affect on shareholders, but there has to be some sort of penalty against the company. Management knew about this accounting problem at least 4 months ago, possibly much longer. This may have even been part of the plan a couple years ago. Management lined their pockets just before they decided to break the news to the rest of us. It would appear that they cooked the books, benefitted personally, and then left the rest of us out to dry. I feel cheated. Richard
