i use ameritrade...they have worked out their problems and in fact lately the wait time has not been more than 2 minutes...and they have the best customer service for all of the brokers i use.. i barely use my national discount brokers account anymore.. fee is $18 a trade for otc...unlimited... i am very happy with their service the last month and half since they added more staff..
