We're all looking forward to our discussions with the Minister of Agriculture and Industry. We are unaware of any representative from the Trade and Development Bank committing to come to the PDA at this time. The Trade and Development Bank does not yet own MAC's interest in Bumbat Company Ltd. There are several issues to resolve before this could occur. 1. Does the bank want MAC's interest? 2. Can MAC pledge the interest? 3. What exactly does MAC own, and what liabilities are attached it? 4. What is the value of the transaction? 5. Does MGR waive its right of first refusal? plus plus plus.... We are discussing these issues now by email, and through our representatives in Mongolia. MGR will release any significant details as they happen, put predicting these events are tough, and I've made my share of mistakes predicting when progress will be made. I'll try to restrict my enthusiasm at progress, and disappointment at delays, and just let the events set the schedule. Dave
