cmgi came out publicly saying if lcos shares did not increase, they would vote against the deal. lcos did not rally after they beat the estimates. also lcos is having problem with the wired digital acquisition since the stock has hit opposition.

problem is they may not kill the deal until after a vote, unless cmgi would come out publicly soon and say they will vote against it. mean while the stocks of these companies wallow as others have begun to take off again.
