Nope, thanks to huge returns on tech sector last five years I haven't had any debt now going on 3 years. And yes, I do own my house! In Hawaii! Come to think of it,maybe that's why I'm such an incorrigible optimist, here the sun shines most days and nobody knows what a snow shovel looks like. Glad to hear you're not short, if you were, the next few weeks would be fairly bloody for you. LOL
