The Hamerslags and in particular Steve was the former CEO and President of MTIC during its IPO at about $9 back in 94 and its subsequent drop to a low of about $2 before being replaced by the current CEO Mr. Pearlman who has been at the helm during the ride from $2 to $17 and back to $3. According to the last MTIC prospectus, the Hamerslags are no longer involved with MTIC except for holding a lot of stock!
