Phil, eventho the present situation can be viewed as being extremely
unclear as to what course of action will most likely occure, I am
reminded of something Dave say in one of his prior posts:

"... money cannot be made until the Bumbat Mine restarts ..."

And hopefully to MGR and MAC and the bank, they all can arrive at the
same understanding that a resolution best for all will be when the
legal challenge is replaced with a mining challenge.

I still think MAC feels that long drawn out legal stuff will benifit
their final outcome, so I hope other agents in Mongolia will have
enough stuff to counter and prevent and show the world mining community
that Mongolia has its house in order rather than presenting proof that
when things go out of the ok, that no one is in charge for leadership.

Looks like 1 more week to wait, then wait for the conference to take place.

No strong measures announced at that conclusion, to me will mean that
Mongolia will protect MAC at the expense of MGR, and to me, also at the
expense of their countries standing.
