The company PanAmerican Bancorp did a reverse merger into PRWT. There will be a name and CUSIP number change very shortly with a conversion of one share of PRWT for one share of PanAmerican Bancorp. The mortgage division, Insider Trading stock brokerage, PanAmerican Healthcorp and PanAmerican Internet Group are all large revenue producers and have been extremely successful so far. Start at the company web site panambancorp.com . Obviously, the company has much potential or the bashers wouldn't pay attention to a two cent stock.
